In a business environment, the definition of Synergy is that teamwork will produce an overall better result than if each person within the group were working toward the same goal individually.
In November of 2009, the founding partners joined forces as separate individuals to cater to the needs of a particular customer in search of a specialist product. During a meeting with this customer after successful delivery of products there was a mention of how the success was largely due to the ethical and open-book business philosophy, attention to detail, and especially the synergy between these partners.
As a result, Synergy UK Ltd was born and continues to grow with innovative ideas and products, and an aim to further develop its client base within and beyond Europe.
